1. Posting days are from Monday to Friday only.


2. Payment must be made before midnight if you want the item to be posted on the next working day.


3. Payments made after midnight will be posted within the next two working days.


4. Urgent orders are not accepted.


5. Parcels will be posted from Johor, Malaysia. We currently only offer shipping within Malaysia.


6. Please expect delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


7. In case your contact lens is out of stock (due to our updated stock list not being 100% accurate, as human error can affect the calculations), we will inform you to choose another lens for a replacement or offer a refund.


8. Before unboxing the item, please double-check the label to confirm that you have received the correct item as ordered. Also, inspect the lens's condition within its packaging, as we do not entertain requests for replacements or refunds once the item has been opened.


9. In case you receive the wrong item, encounter issues with the lens, or have problems with the parcel, please let us know.
